Nukumea Primary officially opened on February 7th - Term 1, 2023 in temporary buildings. We moved into our permanent buildings in January 2024.

Years 0-6. Tamariki will then move onto Orewa College.

Yes. You will need to be living in the school zone to enrol your child at the school. However, year on year there will be some spaces available for out of zone interest. Details of this can be found here

Yes, please make a time to come visit our school. You can do this via: office@nukumea.school.nz
If you do enrol your child, the school will be in contact to arrange a time to meet up. Our aim is to meet with all new foundation students and their whānau at Nukumea before they officially start.

There will be a sports uniform that tamariki will be required to wear when representing Nukumea Primary (ie. at inter school events). While at school, students can choose to wear this uniform as well, but it is not mandatory.
